We understand that some situations will sometimes happen where the finalized product does not work exactly as you expected. Many label companies won't allow you to return custom-manufactured products. We think differently.


Returns


1.  Eligibility for Returns

Custom size or custom color labels are made specifically to your order specifications and therefore cannot be returned for a refund unless they meet the criteria below:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • There is a mistake made by Larix Labels in the printing or sizing that deviates from the approved proof or order specifications.

If there is a mistake made by you and you are requesting us to reproduce the order, then we will refund you 50% of the first order. This applies only to the custom size/color orders up to C$400 excluding shipping cost. (NOT for custom printed labels with specific logo and design).


2.  Return Period

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us of any defects or errors in your order.

3.  Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@larixlabels.com within the return period.

  • Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos/videos.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds
1.  Eligibility for Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item is found to be defective or if there is an error in the printing or sizing that was our fault.

2.  Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
1.  Return Shipping Costs

  • We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items.

  •  We will NOT cover the shipping costs of return orders if there is mistake made by you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@larixlabels.com and we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Provide your order details and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos/videos.
