Order Processing

• Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM (Pacific Time) will be shipped the same day for in stock items unless order shipp in 1 to 3 bussiness days.

• Next Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12 PM (Pacific Time) will be shipped the next business day for in stock items.

• Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holiday

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping is available for orders over $145 within Canada.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $145 shipped to Washington State.

• We offer free shipping for orders delivered within the Greater Vancouver area even if it is NOT over $145.

• Flat Rate Shipping for the US other than WA: orders up to $1000 that are delivered to these area will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $109.

• Flat Rate Shipping for the US other than WA: orders more than $1000 that are delivered to these area will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $69.

Shipping Methods

• We use reputable courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can track its progress.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
